Delegation System

Please note: The delegation system is optional. You are more than welcome to attend individually.

Becoming a delegation leader allows you to attend and enjoy the full experience of The Summit with your friends and other delegates but at a discounted price! You will have the full support of The Summit’s Marketing Team in advertising the event at your university, allowing you to receive additional benefits from The Summit in return for bringing more people with you*.

The following 4-point guide for delegation reps should help you:

  1. Register and purchase your ticket, specifying that you are a delegation leader.
  2. Use the material found in the Resources section to market The Summit to your friends and colleagues. If you require any help in marketing the event at your university, our marketing team (marketing@warwickeconomicssummit.co.uk) will be more than happy to help you.
    1. For a delegation of 10 or more the delegation leader receives a 50% discount on a Premium Ticket, or a free Standard Ticket.
    2. For a delegation of 15 or more the delegation leader receives a 75% discount on a Premium Ticket, or a free Standard Ticket.
  3. Advise your delegation to register and purchase their tickets, specifying which delegation they are joining and that they are external students
  4. Book your flights or trains. Check the Finding Us page for more information.
*Any discounts will be refunded after the delegation is confirmed.
