How To Buy Tickets

To attend Warwick Economics Summit 2010 we need you to do 2 things: buy a ticket via the Student's Union website and then return to our website to register your ticket. Here's a summary of how:

Click Left-hand Warwick SU button. Non-Warwick students must then register for an account on the SU website, this can be found in the 'click to login' drop-down menu at the top right of the screen.

At the top of your page you will see a WES banner, follow the '(found here)' link to the SU Ticket Page or, alternatively, click on the Warwick SU button below.

Purchase appropriate Ticket

Navigate to the registration form by clicking the right-hand button on this 'How to Buy' page or click the link found in the WES banner whilst on the SU website.

Detailed instructions if you need a bit more help

1.	After deciding which ticket type is right for you, you should have clicked on the 'How to Buy' button to get to this page.
2.	Here you will see a diagram describing the process: we need you to buy your ticket on the Warwick Students' Union website first and then register your ticket with us.	(click on images to follow along with screenshots)
3.	To take you to the Warwick SU website, click the left-hand button.
4.	You will see a banner at the top of the page reminding you to return to our website after purchasing your ticket, this will remain in place throughout the process.
5.	Warwick Students skip to No. 9. Non-Warwick students will need to register on the SU website. To do this, click the drop-down menu in the top right corner, where it says 'Click to Login', and then click on 'Create New Account'.
6.	Click 'Register your account (Guest/member of the public)'
7.	Fill out the registration form and click 'Register'. Please remember your username and password as you will need these to login.
8.	An email will then be sent to you with a link to validate your account, clicking that link will activate your account and direct you to a new window with a page saying so. Please be patient, this email may take a few minutes to come through. Now close this new window and return to the previous 'Thankyou for Registering' window (that has our banner at the top).
9.	Login by clicking the drop-down menu in the top right corner where it says 'Click to Login'. Use the username and password you entered during registration, or your library number as normal for Warwick students.
10.	After you Login you will be directed to the SU homepage, to find our ticket page either click the bracketed 'found here' link in the banner at the top of your screen or follow this link.
11.	Select the ticket of your choice and click 'BUY'. This will add it to your basket.
12.	Click the drop-down menu where it says 'Basket' and then click 'Review Basket'.
13.	Here you will see the ticket and all the associated price information. From here click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
14.	Fill in Credit Card details and pay.
15.	When the transaction is complete you will be presented with a page describing your purchase and with a large, bold, 8-digit Order Number. This order number is the number you will need to enter when you register with us, so keep it safe.
16.	You can retrieve this number later by clicking 'Account' on the menu in the top right corner and then clicking 'purchase history': The number labeled 'Transaction No:' is the exact same one.
17.	Now you must register your ticket on www.WarwickEconomicsSummit.co.uk This can be found either by clicking the appropriate link in the top banner, by clicking the right hand button in the 'How to Buy' section or by following this link.
18.	Fill out the registration form, being careful to enter your 8-digit order number correctly. We will use this number to verify your ticket purchase, if it doesn't match your ticket will be declared void.
19.	Once this is submitted you will receive a confirmation email from us and you're done!
